Scuola di ladri - Parte seconda

The first episode had a good result at the box office and we know that in the eighties there was money to be waste, but I miss the need to make the sequel to a film that was already tired in the first episode. A second part that looks terrible in the first few seconds with Villaggio repeating an identical joke of "Fracchia contro Dracula" (he will do it other times) and with Boldi who shortly thereafter starts with his more classic "Bella Fressssca! Bella Fressssca! ”. In addition there is no Lino Banfi who in the first film was the only one of the "funny trio" who was good, because he was working in another movie.
It is therefore up to the usual repetitive Village and Boldi the honour of carrying on the adventures of the cousins Siraghi, accompanied by Enrico Maria Salerno who has the beautiful Florence Guérin at his side, who fills one of the many shortcomings of the first film (that is, the tits) . She is probably the person on whom the Cecchi Gori and Neri Parenti focused more and she is, in fact, the only reason why one should watch this film that not only copies other from Parenti's past films ( especially from "Fantozzi Contro Tutti" but there are many other sources of inspiration) but uses the same identical dynamics as the predecessor. Very few ideas, very obvious and tired, with silly gags and ideas that don't work.
Villaggio and Boldi have ample room for their comedy, proposed as always without many compliments. The first comes out of prison and the other from a criminal asylum and both are picked up by the usual uncle who this time pretends to be blind and poor and who apologizes for having cheated them previously. The quartet is completed with Susanna (Florence Guérin), Amalio's daughter, who goes into business with the other two. The trio, however, is completely incapable and returns, with the tail between the legs, to his capable uncle. This time the robberies are very ambitious, they point to a train that transport gold and jewels kept on a ship, for the value of thirty billion lire. Among other things, on the ship we see the famous scene of "Fantozzi contro tutti" in which Fantozzi and Filini are invited on the yatch of Camillo Milli, copied in every line.
Eventually the uncle tries to cheat them with the beautiful Susanna who is not Amalio's daughter. But an “incredible” final twist sees the two cousins’ triumph and closes this disastrous film.
