The eighties between champagne, high-class and ugly clothes are, in all their disgusting glory, in this drama of the 1987's. To be clear, when we say drama, we aren't talking about the genre, but it's the only possible judgment, about this movie. Bad directing. Bad history. Bad acting. That is, there is nothing that works. Nothing interesting apart from the Florence Guérin, the beautiful French actress, is the only reason to see this movie.
Giuliana Gamba one of the few women to have shot porn movies in Italy (and she worked for the Italian TV) starts from a well-known symbol of 80's, the morbid sex already seen  just one year before in "9 ½ Weeks".
From here we see a morbid love affair with the man who loves to do it in strange ways and Lorenza (Guerin) naturally subdued, humiliated and especially naked for quite totally movie. Form Eroticism then the movie switch to the drama with Lorenza, who tries to escape from her husband and meets a handsome young androgynous man who became involved the revenge.
Poor plot and a poor realization with also the wasting of the theme of androgynous' beauty treated in a superficial and silly.
So yes, as we said, we just have to look at the extraordinary beauty of Florence Guérin, however, only that, because the many erotic scenes in which she is the protagonist are very trashy, touching the lowest point in a erotic game in which she pours Coca Cola on her the partner, instead, of course, champagne . And there is a big difference.
The terrible and violent husband of Lorenza is played by Luciano Bartoli an actor known in genre cinema while the handsome young androgynous man is Robert Egon. German actor, here at the beginning, then he starred in "Il Fantasma di Sodoma" by Fulci and meta-cinematically in "Un gatto nel cervello." Egon hasn't a big career and it seems he think the cinema just a pastime preferring by far the art. Sources report that he died in 2010 at his home near Rome.
